Management of Sales in territory through Key Account Management or Big ticket businesses.
To carry out desired sales activities to meet agreed sales targets, ensure market share of the organisation in chosen segments and ensure high degree of Customer satisfaction.
Arrive at a Budget for the financial year with support and enablers required.
Enquiry generation through Govt customers, Specifiers, PSU’s, Private customers including Developers, Builders & Industries which are classified as Key accounts.
Identification of Big Ticket Projects, pre-sales, follow up, negotiations, closing deals & flawless execution.
Achieve Sales Target for key accounts in work in close co-ordination with the Application and Specification teams to enable sales with key customers.
Ensuring Post sales service including addressing customer complaint to satisfaction.
Ensure recovery of company’s Outstanding Payments, C-Forms, samples etc.
Gather Market Intelligence, monitor and inform the Marketing teams of all competitor’s technical and commercial activities.
Collaborate with Marketing to carry out promotional activities with customers.
Update sales formats including opportunity funnel, sales forecast & customer progression.
It is pure sales positions dealing with architects, consultants, specifiers, and Govt.
There is 2 positions open 1 for Government sales and 1 for Institutional sales.
Companies could be Lighting companies or from any Cables / Wires / Switch Gears or Electrical Product excluding Appliances.
B.Tech is Mandatory
Experience: Engineer minimum 2 years’ experience, candidates should be a smart
Good communication skills
Strong knowledge of Government sales or Institutional Sales
