Job description –

  • Achieving sales through CORPORATE. 
  • Achieving value and volume sales for the entire portfolio.
  • Responsible for achievement of Primary and Secondary Sales Targets assigned on Monthly, Quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis.
  • Responsible to ensure distribution coverage by enlisting Corporate and reaching out to them by restructuring beats.
  • Responsible for key account sales.
  • Maintain the Inventory and information of all WDs of related distribution.
  • Responsible for ensuring timely collection of payment and reducing ARs.
  • 100% compliance of Sales processes and systems in the assigned territory.
  • Building relationship and ensure service to various key accounts.
  • Reporting of Sales achievements against targets in terms of volumes and values etc.
  • Maintain MIS related to sales, initiatives and incentives.
  • The candidate should be from FMCG industry.
  • Should have selling experience in corporate.
  • Confident presentation style and comfortable at answering questions.
  • Team player but also motivated to work independently.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience generating revenue.
  • Self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good English both written and spoken is a must.
