Job Description
- Responsible for Generating leads through Cold Calling, Internet Research, and various Sources
- Researching, Identify key players and Generate Interest in the organization’s products and services
- Contacting Potential Clients via phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Maintaining and Expanding the Database of prospects
- Responsible for routing Qualified prospects to the respective BD team
- Planning and overseeing New Sales initiatives
- Responsible for market mapping, competition analysis, feasibility studies, legal documentation
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Developing business and relationship in the market with corporate companies/Seeking references to increase business
- Networking and Striving to convert Connections into Clients
Key Area Responsibilities
- Responsible for Generating Leads
- Route potential clients and generate interest
- Meet the Monthly targets of Calling, Meeting & Conversions
- Develop Trust and Professional Rapport with the Clients
- Coordinate and Effectively work with the Team Members and maintain a good relationship
- Ensure the Business Development team meets Overall Target
- Maintain/Track and Update Database/Reports
- Graduate or post graduate in any discipline having over a years experience in telesales ( Mandatory )
- Experience of at least 3 -4 years with a proven track record (Sales & Marketing Experience will be preferred)
- Must be passionate to work for Urban-Rural Development
- Must have exposure of working in a distributed setup
