Job Description-
- Interact with prospective clients pitching products and services of the firm
- Build positive relationships with existing clients
- Assist in generating new businesses
- Develop an enviable corporate image
- Interact with vendors/ services providers
- Coordinate with different departments for developing marketing communications and PR activities
Duties and Responsibilities
- Regular meetings with prospective clients
- Understand client needs and develop plans to address the same
- Resolves basic enquirers, answers questions, prepare presentation decks on client activities
- Sales conversions
- Resolve customer complaints with set turnaround time
- Client retention
- Coordinate on PR activities
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and skills
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
- Ability to travel to meet clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage own time to meet demanding new client acquisition objectives
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication and editing skills
- Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail
