Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Answer customer calls courteously to provide information about products and services, arrange consultations and obtain feedback about service
2.Interact with customers by phone, e-mail or online chat medium concerning various queries.
3.Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
4.Provide hands on support to process orders, raise invoices, tracking and detailed account management.
5.Flexible with Rotational shifts
- Excellent communication (Written & Oral) skills in English who has sales skills.
- Proficiency in 2 local languages preferable.
- Basic computer knowledge with MS-Office and effective browsing skills
- High attention to details and ability to multitask.
- Self Motivated
- 1 to 2 years experience. We are open to taking fresher’s provided they meet our above expectations.
- Language: English and Hindi is Mandatory
- Shift timings are as follows- 8 AM to 5 PM, 5 PM to 12 AM, 12 AM to 8 AM
- Night shift (12 AM to 8 AM) is only for Male, for Females, it is work from home
- Facilities- 5 PM to 12 AM ( Drop service), 12 AM to 8 AM ( Pick Up Service)
- Incentives are given to candidates who are willing to do Night Shift
