• Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy
  • Identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
  • Building professional rapport with clients, understanding their core needs, collecting client/market feedback and sharing the same internally
  • Growing the clientele for Content & Social Media Marketing
  • Identifying, pitching and closing deals with brands, agencies and direct advertisers
  • Make sales presentation to key decision makers, effectively selling the capabilities and credentials and project methodologies
  • Responsible for acquiring new accounts and growing existing accounts to full potential, generating maximum revenue on a long term basis
  • Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel
  • Have thorough knowledge of the digital marketplace

•       MBA or graduate with prior experience in business development for minimum  1-3 years

•       Prior experience in selling content marketing and social media campaigns

•       Excellent communication and negotiation skills
