Job Description:

  • Setting up the Supply- Selecting, Contracting and Building relationship with Wedding related Venues and Vendors
  • Meet high-end venues across the region and share Weddingz value proposition.
  • Work with the Destination Wedding team to bring in partner venues on board at the right terms.
  • Negotiate with venue owners to agree on terms favorable to
  • Handover the signed venues to the operations team for onboarding.
  • Manage P&L of an area for region assigned
  • Closely monitoring clients’ requirements and come up with solutions accordingly
  • Manage both Telesales and Field Sales/Business Development team and drive Revenue from them
  • Innovate on sales strategy and lead generation channels.
  • Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and strategize accordingly
  • Exceptional business and analytical skills and the ability to run the entire sales cycle independently.
  • Directly handle high-end customers and work closely with them to close the business.


  • Prior sales/acquisition experience preferred
  • Must be a graduate
