- Setting up the Supply- Selecting, Contracting and Building relationship with Wedding related Venues and Vendors
- Meet high-end venues across the region and share Weddingz value proposition.
- Work with the Destination Wedding team to bring in partner venues on board at the right terms.
- Negotiate with venue owners to agree on terms favorable to Weddingz.in
- Handover the signed venues to the operations team for onboarding.
- Manage P&L of an area for region assigned
- Closely monitoring clients’ requirements and come up with solutions accordingly
- Manage both Telesales and Field Sales/Business Development team and drive Revenue from them
- Innovate on sales strategy and lead generation channels.
- Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and strategize accordingly
- Exceptional business and analytical skills and the ability to run the entire sales cycle independently.
- Directly handle high-end customers and work closely with them to close the business.
- Prior sales/acquisition experience preferred
- Must be a graduate
