As a SAP Hybris cloud for customer technical consultant, you will design, implement and support SAP cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions to achieve defined business goals. You will work with global teams to gather requirements and translate them to cutting edge technical capabilities.
Summary of Job description
- SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) Technical experience should be at least 2 years
- Experience with SAP C4C Sales and Service processes.
- Excellent understanding of Business flow & expertise in requirement gathering from business department.
- Experience with C4C business configuration
- Excellent knowledge about Layouts, Language Adaptations, Code list restrictions and other Administrator activities.
- Configuration of C4C solution using OData, KUT, Workflows, MDR
- Experience with C4C Data Migration and Mass Data Maintenance
- Develop and maintain extension and CD fields with translations
- Experience working with data tools to import and update data in C4C system
- Employee and Service Agent Management
- Familiar with Integration between C4C and SAP ERP On Premise using HCI
- Technical Support to Sales User department
- SAP ERP and IDOC experience will be helpful
