Roles and Responsibilities

·  Creating yearly brand plans for achievement of business delivery targets – Demand driving initiatives/Leads/Footfalls/Facilitating Conversions.

· Working in tandem with Sales Counterparts (Zonal/Regional).

· Become the custodian of all brand related guidelines, and ensure adherence to brand principles and values

· Identify opportunities for category expansion, create & execute business plans for product / category extensions

·  Develop big campaign ideas along with agencies and plan for creation of 360 degree consumer interface

·  Plan and execute TV, Print, OOH, digital campaigns

· Be hands on with industry trends, market share positions, consumer behavior trends and use insights to create effective marketing interventions for the assigned brands

· Effectively liaison with creative agencies / design agencies and create a fruitful relationship

·  Creating effective pricing strategy across categories

·  Identify and plan for consumer insight generation, monitor brand health, conduct quantitative & qualitative researches along with agencies to bring meaningful data & insights on board.

·  Tracking brand P&L and do budgetary control to maximize ROI.

Qualifications/Skills

·         10-12 years of experience in brand management in Real Estate/FMCG/FMCD companies.

·         B- school graduate from tier 1/2 institute.

·         Analytical ability

·         Self – motivated
