The Catering Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the catering according to BBK’s operational standards.
He manages the overall satisfaction of the guest in event and a majority of the time is spent leading the team to meet customer expectations, generating lead for revenues and ensure profitability.
He should be creative in planning event/ industrial catering sales programs to leverage business opportunities and must create a competitive spirit and atmosphere of pride. This individual will be proficient in making logical and timely decisions.
Must have :- Industrial Catering Experience and Sales
