Job Description

  • Take full and sole accountability for the center P&L
  • Design and implement center operational and marketing plan aligned with the regional priorities
  • Ensure effective center operations and unite team under common goal to make the center profitable
  • Build business partner network
  • Own center-level decision-making of all people issues, financial decisions, resources and other matters
  • Manage development plan of center team, ensure high employee engagement and support achieving their goals
  • Responsible for maintaining infrastructure at the center
  • Tie-ups with schools and colleges for EmployBridge at the center
  • Plan the Human Resources in the center in order to achieve optimum utilization and productivity

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Responsible for overall financial performance and quality standards of the center
  • Responsible to meet the operational & financial targets of the center (1000X300=30)
  • Responsible for people management and development of center employees
  • Responsible for the recruitment & training of the center team
  • Drives profitability and operational activities in the center
