Duties and Responsibility
Familiar on a broad level with processes in pharma manufacturing and distribution.
Experience in configuration, administration and support of customer chargeback applications like Revitas Flex/Classic.
Experience in daily operations management and support with proactive/preventative maintenance of application systems.
Experience with Direct/In-Direct data load to Target system.
Experience with Data update/modification
Experience with user management and reporting.
Experience with procedure and table modifications.
Deploy user provided changes/patches.
Coordinate end user testing activities for deployed changes/patches.
Coordinate planned server maintenance with vendor and Infra team.
Willingness to work in Flexible timings.
Sound problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Good knowledge of SDLC / ITIL processes.
Plans, performs, and manages medium complexity production support tasks and activities that require generic knowledge about application and infrastructure support.
Activities include monitoring production systems, initial triaging and troubleshooting, incident, change, problem management, SLAs and ITSM tools.
Works on planning and execution of problem, incidents, production processes, change controls and service requests.
Experience in handling end user queries.
Escalates unresolved issues to respective external vendor support teams.
Work in coordination with vendor to resolve application issues.
Experience in management of stakeholders/vendors.
Good verbal/written communication skills.
