  • Client Servicing:

Your role is to look after all client’s  requests, following up with the in-house back end CRM team/ vendors ensuring all requests are being fulfilled during the said time frames offered to the client through ALC. 

  • Customer Relationship Management:

To maintain good and healthy relations with all the clients at the centre.

  • Operations:

Your role as a Concierge Executive is to fulfill all the requests made by the clients within the set time frames.

  • Data Entry & Systems Management:

You will have to maintain records and update them daily of all the requests that are handled by you.

  • Marketing & Sales:

You will have to communicate with the clients about the services offered by ALC either verbally or hand out fliers which are handed over to you.

  1. Candidate should be from the Gahunje Road or nearby to Gahunje road location. 

         2. If not then the candidate should relocate to Gahunje road, Pune.

         3.  10 km distance is accepted.

         4.  Should be from a Hospitality background.

         5. Should have good experience of handling clients face to face.

         6. Should be from a front office dept.
