Job Description –
– Point of contact for existing clients
– Responsible for generating regular orders with existing clients
– Developing quotes and proposals.
– Responsible for complete fulfillment of orders by effectively coordinating with internal teams
– Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
– Lead generation using various channels.
– Maintaining MIS and ability to generate reports / dashboards
