Requirement:

  • Male Candidates only.
  • Preferably from B2C, Client retention, Renewal, Direct sales background.
  • No Field visits required.
  • Willing to work on Sat-Sun (Fixed week off all Tuesdays)
  • Must have a Laptop and Android Smartphone.
  • Fluent/ Proficient in Regional language.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and conduct structured counseling sessions with students to understand their learning needs.
  • Individual contribution. 
  • You’ll support your team members to achieve the ambitious targets set for them and be responsible for strengthening the customer base.
  • Coach and mentor your team members. Nurture your team members to grow in the Sales Organization.
  • Conduct regular refresher training sessions with your team to help them face and excel in different sales scenarios. Drive the sales process to let your team achieve the input and output metrics. 
  • Check the quality of the lead assignment. Map the right lead to the right team member to ensure successful meetings and conversions
