Responsibilities –
1. Develop user persona and design and execute marketing strategies through various channels.
2. Establish & execute content marketing strategy, including blogs, videos, marketing collaterals, website.
3. Create exciting and innovative content for posting on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
4. Track and improve KPIs like organic reach, engagement levels and growth of social media channels.
5. Conduct structured research to create email & SMS marketing strategies to target users at different stages of the funnel. Craft emails.
6. Regularly updating the company’s social media handles with new content.
7. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Design teams.
8. Liaison and coordinate all marketing efforts with a digital agency on a daily basis
9. Devising quarterly and annual social media plan and maintaining a calendar
10. Directing and motivating teams of art directors, graphic designers and copywriter to help them use their talents effectively
11. Provide guidance and ideas and lead the overall content strategy
12. Collaborate with various department stakeholders to understand the business and customers
13. Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
14. Write and design unique and well-crafted copy for our social media, website and blogs etc
15. Provide content and 360 campaign ideas feedback to the team
