Content Manager Specialist(CMS) Description
The CMS is required to use the Scala products for content publishing and content scheduling. Individual will be responsible to device strategy and approach that is appropriate for the respective scheduling model. She/he will need to ensure that all the information is confidential and not shared with any third party. Minimum qualification would be graduation in any stream.
Key Responsibilities Area
Understand customer requirements.
Should be able to use the Content Manager System efficiently.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the content management life cycle.
Maintain knowledge database along with maintaining reports for content scheduling.
Should be able to work in non standard work hours.
Analytical skill and problem solving aptitude. Proficiency in MS Office Suite Basic computer networking skills.Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, change priorities seamlessly and remain calm under pressure.
Displays a positive attitude.
Clearly articulate ideas and thoughts verbally.
Accurately prepares written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective and professional.
Values clients and responds to their needs as they arise.
Establishes harmonious working relationships with team members.
