Duties and Responsibility –

To handle Clients queries as per the TAT

To Monitor relationships with existing customers

To Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel

To Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers

To Set specific strategies to retain customers

Suggest new methods to address customers’ needs

Review and select CRM software that meets our company’s needs

Proven work experience as a CRM Officer or similar role

Solid background in customer acquisition strategies

Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems

Good communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude

Graduate or Post Graduate

Female Candidate will be preferred
