Duties and Responsibility
We love our customers and we are looking for an enthusiastic customer service associate to make our growing customer base love us even more.
The selected associate will be primarily responsible for assisting with and resolving customer queries. This will involve
– Handling Inbound communications via Calls, Emails and Social Media
– Liaising with internal departments for query resolutions
– Managing customer feedback
Our ideal team member would have:
– Excellent communication skills both Verbal & Written
– Ability to stay calm and listen to customer feedback.
– Ability to learn new systems and technologies.
