Job Responsibilities

  • Co-ordination with the sales team to deliver product demo pre-& post sales on customer location.
  • Co-ordinating with the Installation team to ensure that the product is installed as per customer’s requirements on site. 
  • Setting up product inside customer’s IT infrastructure.
  • Managing service calls of customers.
  • Ensuring complete satisfaction to service calls via remote troubleshooting or on-site visit for software support, or arranging technician visit in case of part failures.
  • Giving routine product & customer’s feedback to concerned teams.
  • Training new members of the team on products & related information.
  • Creating and sharing SOPs for customer use cases and service issues. 

Job Requirements: It is very important that the CSM is:

  • Job experience at least 2 years. 
  • BE or equivalent degree with excellent knowledge of technical and of computer hardware/software systems
  • Soft communication skills for managing customers
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • An ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints
  • Good prioritisation skills and be flexible enough to make & adapt plans
  • Flexibility to travel across your region for customer visits.  
  • Experience with knowledge of – Smart device and TV
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through coordination with back end support functions viz., customer service, billing and other functions.
  • handle and resolve customer complaints
  •  Proficiency in English and Hindi Language
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
  • Deep understanding of networking protocols
  • Installation & configuration firewall, routers, switches, controllers, wireless access points, DNS, DHCP, VLAN & VPN
