Duties and Responsibility
· Be a graduate preferably B.COM
· Have excellent English & Hindi(both verbal and written)
· Have ability to build rapport quickly and easily over the telephone
· Familiar with tools like Skype to be able to interact with customers over the web.
· Should answer customer telephone calls professionally, note down the issues reported and answer to or guide the customer to resolve issues.
· Should be able to see patterns of customer issues being raised and inform product team for improvements.
· Job involves travel for training purpose.
· Job involves working on Sundays with weekly off on other day based on the team roaster.
