- Minimum 1 – 3 years in Customer Support Voice Process is Must.
- Should have handled voice calls.
- Non Voice Experience will not be considered.
- Experience Handling Escalation Calls, Customer Support Calls
- Good understanding of online reputation management
- Should have 1-2 years of relevant experience with excellent communication skills and demonstrate a strong delivery track record of handling all social media platforms.
- Excellent Communication in Spoken English, Hindi and any-one Regional Language.
- Graduation is mandatory. BE/BTech/Diploma in Engineering is not eligible.
- Close liaison with other parts of the organization to ensure excellent customer service is being delivered.
Respond and react to changes within social networks – functionality, etiquette, reporting, etc.
Monitor and present relevant data, trends, successes, exceptions etc ORM (Online response management ) / Voice.
Utilize great web etiquette skills to ensure you deliver the right message online, help people, etc ‘Think on your feet’ real-time content writing, online discussion, interactions, etc. Creative input on content, ideas on social media.
- Must be flexible to work between 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
9 hours shifts and 1 Rotational Weekly Off (No Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
