Job Summary
– Part of product delivery and support team
– Provide software issue resolution along-with customer interaction
Responsibilities
Provide product support
Interaction with customers for product related queries, issues and new requirements
Participate in product demonstration and product testing
In-house as well as customer side testing of products
Responsible for implementation, on-going support and advice (proactive and reactive) for the deployed software solution.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Education
BE / B. Tech / ME / M. Tech in CS/ IT from a reputed University
Skills/Experience
General Skills
Excellent Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Communication skills and ability to learn quickly
Working closely with team members
Problem-solving and thinking laterally as part of a team, or individually
Software Skills
Development Environment and Target Platform – Linux/Unix and Windows
Working  knowledge of databases – MySQL/SQL
Basic understanding of various networking technologies
Knowledge of shell scripting will be plus
Networking Skills
Understanding of SNMP standard/proprietary MIBs 
Understanding of  NMS working and management
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
