- Managing distribution channels, developing a strong relationship with them which should help increase penetration of HDFC Pension among NPS customers sourced by them.
- Going on Corporate calls and tie-up with them for Corporate NPS, implementing NPS in the Corporates.
- Conducting NPS awareness sessions for Corporate employees, managing ongoing relationships with Corporates and increase penetration.
- Imparting training regularly to all the distribution channels.
Required Knowledge and Education qualifications:
- Good understanding of investment products and strong analytical skills.
- Well versed with local area and language including working culture.
Work-Related Skills: Aggressive and good in channel management skills. Should possess good communication skills.
Professional Experience: 2 – 3 years of exposure in the Financial / FMCG / FMCD market, if MBA. In case of non MBA, 4 – 5 years of exposure in Financial / FMCG / FMCD primarily in channel/dealer management
