Duties and Responsibility

  • Responsible for managing all aspects of eCommerce business including P&L, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing activities
  • Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase website and eCommerce sales
  • Increase inbound lead generation and channel sales through digital activities
  • Partner with the branding team to maximize the impact of every message and drive sales through digital channels
  • Support Brand team to execute Social Media strategy for the brand across all platforms – Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tik Tok, LinkedIn etc
  • Analyzing & providing platform-wise daily, weekly and monthly reports based on eCommerce, website and social media performance metrics
  • Proactive planning for regular schemes and festivals with branding and operations team to boost business
  • Provide expertise on current industry best practices and consult cross-functional parties to stay compliant
  • Hands-on eCommerce experience with a proven record of scaling a brand/product
  • Strong business judgment, analytical skills, and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives; strong attention to detail
