• Maintain MD’s agenda and assist in planning appointments and Conferences Etc.
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them.
  • Handle and Prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (Email, letters, Packages etc.)
  • Making Travel Arrangements in terms of travel itinery, Hotel Booking.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Maintaining Electronic and paper records.
  • Day to Day coordination with various departments.
  • Handling Invoices.
  • Handling Visitors.
