Responsibilities:
- Convert prospects into clients by showcasing our offerings and explaining discount structure
- Use enquiries generated by B2B team for the above as well as generate self-leads through referrals to convert them into customers.
- Developing & maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients/customers by providing excellent service.
- Be compliant with operations process
- Conduct cold calling and generate lead or inquiry.
- Attend introduction/ technical or techno commercial meetings and follow-up with the client till the closure.
- Keep abreast with market trends and competitor activities. Quickly analyse market response and communicate
- promotional requirements to marketing team
