Responsibilities:

  • Convert prospects into clients by showcasing our offerings and explaining discount structure
  • Use enquiries generated by B2B team for the above as well as generate self-leads through referrals to convert them into customers.
  • Developing & maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients/customers by providing excellent service.
  • Be compliant with operations process
  • Conduct cold calling and generate lead or inquiry.
  • Attend introduction/ technical or techno commercial meetings and follow-up with the client till the closure.
  • Keep abreast with market trends and competitor activities. Quickly analyse market response and communicate
  • promotional requirements to marketing team
