- Management of all admin related activities to include Maintenance, House keeping, infra structure , third party staff, kit inventory
- Statutory compliances
- Expenditure report and summary as per periodicity – Monthly/Quarterly/Six monthly/Annual
- Visitor and Guest Management
- Agreement and Contract including timely renewal.
- Audit
- Periodic review of expenditures and advise on cost saving measures..
- Insurance coverage
- Labour welfare.
- HIRA – Hazard identification and risk analysis
- Investigation of Security incident and frauds.
- Expertise in entire gamut of Facilities administration and streamlining operations by implementing policies & practices; developing & implementing , standards, guidelines & procedures . In addition to Facilities , he should have good knowledge of Travel management.
- Post Graduate with 11-15 years of experience in Facilities, Travel including cab management & HESE
- In addition to Facilities , he should have good knowledge of Travel management.
- Excellent Communication Skill in English
