Duties and Responsibility

  1. Sourcing the candidates through Job Portals, References, Ads, Walk-ins and other Database.
  2. Building a strong candidate database across critical skill sets.
  3. Screening & short listing of Cv’s and initial Interview scheduling.
  4. Planning, coordinating & executing the Recruitment and Selection process
  5. Ensure recruitment of resources within lead time specified
  6. Developing and maintaining of database on the basis for immediate & future requirements.

Excellent communication is required.

Need to know all portals like naukri, timesjob  etc.

Should be from Company/Consultancy background.

6 months experience in Recruitment would be most preferable. 

Candidate having experience in telemarketing recruitment preferred.

Experience in Both IT, Non-It
