Duties and Responsibility
- Sourcing the candidates through Job Portals, References, Ads, Walk-ins and other Database.
- Building a strong candidate database across critical skill sets.
- Screening & short listing of Cv’s and initial Interview scheduling.
- Planning, coordinating & executing the Recruitment and Selection process
- Ensure recruitment of resources within lead time specified
- Developing and maintaining of database on the basis for immediate & future requirements.
Excellent communication is required.
Need to know all portals like naukri, timesjob etc.
Should be from Company/Consultancy background.
6 months experience in Recruitment would be most preferable.
Candidate having experience in telemarketing recruitment preferred.
