Job Description:

  • Under the guidance of the management, executes the delivery of best practices and policies, strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and apply methodologies & tools for evaluating the effectiveness of talent. Maps all talent processes and reviews for increasing effectiveness
  • Work with respective department heads for employee grading
  • Data and MIS management – Ensuring an up to date employees information in HR Database and employee files.
  • Recruiting good talent , Tie-ups with consultancies and coordinating with them for recruitment
  • Retention of good talent
  • Attrition analysis along with all exit formalities.
  • Payroll and attendance
  • Handling post separation queries of the ex-employees.
  • Employee engagement,  Excellent communication, Soft Skills and activities
