Leave & Attendance

Monitor the process for leave applications and approvals to ensure the adherence to the same across all departments
Consolidate leave information and create mechanisms of communication to the employees on a periodic basis
Manage the administration of leave processes on a day to day basis in Dhanuka and drive adherence to the defined procedure
Update employee leave information in the HRIS
Resolve employee queries regarding leave administration and queries surrounding the same
Update LWP data on periodic basis

Deliver a superior new hire experience by maintaining quality throughout the pre-employment on-boarding process
Create an on-boarding plan in consultation with the department heads and the recruitment team and ensure timely roll out
Prepare new hire materials and facilitate the orientation presentations
