About the Internship:

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 

1. Work on talent acquisition life cycle; sourcing, screening, interview process, and HR operations; onboarding a new employee and handling other HR related issues 
2. Understanding the company’s talent requirements and accordingly execute a sourcing plan 
3. Screening and shortlisting of candidates 
4. Manage the interview process 
5. Releasing offer letters and manage onboarding of a new employee 
6. Helping in setting up the right culture
