  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Strategy and Technology Innovation initiatives
  • 2+ years of experience writing business cases (quantitative and qualitative) to support strategic business initiatives, process improvement initiatives, or IT transformation
  • 2+ years of experience leading technology development and deployment teams
  • Experience in one or more of the following:
    • Agile transformation
    • Lean Software Development Lifecycle
  • Broad, diverse experience and knowledge of major technologies (legacy to emerging).
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred
  • Experience in one of the following industries: Real Estate Development, Infrastructure Development, Operations
  • Exceptional business acumen, analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent negotiating skills with internal customers and external service providers
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; can handle the unexpected with flexibility
  • A team player who favors collaborative approaches when working with internal and external partners
  • Proven ability to build trust with others through a commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards
  • Experience designing and managing an effective IT governance framework across the spectrum of IT service delivery
  • Outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, high pressure environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement operational improvements within all group companies across all our business lines
  • Explore new ways to solve problem by applying deep knowledge of evolving trends and the latest advancements in technology, strategy, and management to develop innovation solutions and approaches spanning the following:
  • Digital Strategy: addressing the issues, decisions, actions and investments required to create a digital business
  • Value Strategy: shaping the organizational direction to align the overall business vision and objectives and drive measurable improvements
  • Technology Innovation and Ecosystems: exploring new and emerging technologies to create a vision of how technology will shape the future and invent the next wave of cutting-edge business solutions
  • Recommend the right technology solutions to optimize departmental productivity and continuous improvement
  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop new products and services and enhance existing product portfolio
  • Work with department heads to understand existing business processes and recommend process enhancements across all departments
  • Proactively advise the senior management team on the emerging technologies and digital trends that are most relevant to the company’s goals
  • Build strong relationships with business groups and their leaders across the enterprise, and develop a detailed understanding of their issues, challenges and opportunities
