1. Handle established accounts to gain familiarity.
2. Understand details of each account, including documentation and field
work.
3. Communication with customer to better understand customer needs
and implement as per requirement.
4. Understand processes in-depth and analyze efficiency
5. Working with customer and government portals in order to complete
shipments on time.
6. Analyzing profitability of account handled and identifying ways to
improve the same.
7. Visiting field operations, interacting with warehouse staff and managing
cargo operations on-field, when required
8. Taking care of shipment execution from the time of booking till the final
delivery.
9. Ensuring timely completion of work in order to meet customer’s
timelines.
10. Finding out-of-the-box solutions to problems that arise, keeping in line
with the management.
11. Communicating efficiently with team and management.

Candidates having MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Will be preferred.
