Duties and Responsibility

The role entails working exclusively towards creating associations to bring in enrollments through continuous engagement and networking initiatives. The role involves developing this association with various market leaders to further culminate into Academic Affiliations, Collaborative programs, Leadership exchanges etc.  The key objective is to execute the next stage of networking strategy for ISH, which will yield holistic results in a stepwise manner.

The overall purpose of this role, will be to manage ISH’s entire admissions partnership portfolio, capitalizing on its existing partnerships, exploiting untapped market potential whilst also working towards elevating the associations into a formal agreement – worldwide and ensuring that all parties are able to derive maximum benefit from the relationship, specially ISH in terms of enrollments and move onto creating significant opportunities for Academic collaboration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)

  • Outreach & Marketing
  • Leading Outreach efforts for school/college segments
  • Student recruitments pan India and Internationally through Events/Exhibitions/outreach efforts
  • Lead Community Outreach programs
  • Organizing career counselling workshops and fairs for Students and Parents
  • Be an institutional representative for the Schools in the region
  • Attend events as the School’s designated representative for Outreach Programs
  • Manage current partnerships as a liaison and program manager for the partnerships
  • Manage the performance of current recruitment partners with metrics
  • Manage the partnership process including, from initiation, on-boarding and on-going support
  • Relationships & Networking Opportunities
  • Representation in Seminars and school events
  • Institutional Liasioning, Student Welfare and Community relationship building

o   Conduct Events at Schools & Colleges

  • Create an events strategy and calendar of events to drive student/Institution engagement
  • Plan and conduct events for the student community members
  • Identify targets and opportunities to create partnerships
  • To pursue opportunities for partnering with relevant institutions, foundations, community etc
  • Plan and execute the Open days and Information sessions on and off campus along with Director Admissions
  • Effectively present to large groups of prospective students and families
  • Strategy & ideation
  • Work with the Director Admissions to conceptualize and develop offerings aimed at serving the needs of the student community. Avenues for participation include – workshop’s, special event’s, committees, monthly newsletter, special trips, and social activities
  • Curate existing offerings for the target population
  • Conduct robust annual reviews of the marketplace and competitors to benchmark the program offerings
  • Contribute to the development and redevelopment of offerings based on the outcomes of annual reviews
  • Conduct market assessments to identify target audiences and possible partners within the community
  • Initiate and contribute with ideas on ways to maximize team output in all spheres related to student recruitment
  • Develop and administer Outreach Programs budget
  • Support all on-going recruitment initiatives for undergraduate admissions
  • Openness to travel / outreach
  • The profile requires for the candidate to be open to visit and meet with consultants and counsellors – schools and institutes on a regular basis, almost every day within the city and around.
  • Out of Town travel
  • The candidate is required to travel out of city/country as per calendar for mega events that are planned in target cities as per the business plan.
