Must-Haves:

·         15 years of experience in mid-size IT services firms. The incumbent will work collaboratively with business heads to provide & facilitating training strategy and solutions on various technologies, Behavioral & Soft-skill training’s

·         Design, deliver and develop high quality, effective learning solutions to address identified needs, gaps, and development opportunities across all levels within the organization

·         Developing and rolling out strategic learning interventions for existing employees, new hires, senior leadership team and the front line

·         Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes or updates and deliver outcomes based on key success metrics (and targets) at program level

·         Drive culture change initiatives to attract, retain, develop, and engage talent in critical roles

Responsibilities

·         Working closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of their units/departments and training requirements 

·         Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, competitor benchmarking and consultation with Managers, sales and delivery heads and design effective training interventions and key learning programs for critical roles 

·         Define and implement the L&D policy there by inculcating the learning culture and growth

·         Pro-actively build a ready reckon of good training vendors and create a strong database  

·         Manage L&D metrics such as Quality of Training, Training Effectiveness, Cost of Training and Speed of response of training interventions

·         Think beyond classroom training to encompass various methods of driving company-wide collaboration, best practice sharing, peer learning, creating learning hubs/Knowledge repositories, developing and managing an in-house library etc.

·         Proven experience in L&D and hands on experience in building Learning strategies and
