Job Description:
- Interacting with clients of various portfolios via e-mail, phone and on-site visits- as well as maintain client relationships
- Responding to questions about our services, results and provide additional specialized services upon request
- Manage time and work flow and create effective client meeting plans
- Ensure management of clients, maintaining a long term relationship with clients and maximizing sales opportunities
- Obtain and process all client information and transactions
- Answer client questions or concerns in a timely, informative, and professional manner
- Enhance and improve the rapid resolution of client issues and requests
- Responsible to generate revenue through serving existing clients, managing their retention and renewal year on year and upsell
- Responsible for being a reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship
- Penetrate all targeted key accounts and originate upselling opportunities for the company’s products and services
- Ensure systematic follow-up with the clients to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure
- Responsible for being an interface between the client and internal support teams to ensure that the client receives the best possible service from the company
- Closely monitoring of Work in progress and customer complaints
- Ensure High Class Service delivery to identify key clients
- Responsible for key client retention, per key client revenue optimization & renewals
Qualifications and Prior Work Experience
- Graduate or post graduate in any discipline
- Experience of at least 2 years into client servicing with proven track record
- Must be passionate to work for Urban-Rural Development
- Must have exposure of working in a distributed setup
- Industry: Education/Teaching/Training; Recruitment/Staffing
