Job Description
- Ensure Quality Counselling during training and post placement of Students.
- Manage a team of 10+ counsellors and ensure high quality counselling
- Ensure the Daily state – wise targets of calling the students are met
- Solve the queries of the Students and the Counselling staff
- Assist the counsellors/staff with the assessment and training
- Coordinate with the counsellors and act as the central point of contact for the rest of the organization – operations, partner servicing, Technology etc.
- Carry out Performance Reviews for the counselling staff
- Responsible for Team Management and Retention
- Set up and maintain appropriate record keeping systems in line with data protection requirements and policies
- Prepare monthly reports on various quality parameters of counselling
- Manage Alumni meets across various cities PAN India
- Establishing a relationship of trust and respect with Staff and Students
- Should have strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team working and team management skills
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Hindi and multiple regional languages will be plus
- Good IT/Knowledge of Computer Software, such as Excel and PPT
- Monitoring skills and ability to interpret data to produce reports
