Job Description

  • Ensure Quality Counselling during training and post placement of Students.
  • Manage a team of 10+ counsellors and ensure high quality counselling
  • Ensure the Daily state – wise targets of calling the students are met
  • Solve the queries of the Students and the Counselling staff
  • Assist the counsellors/staff with the assessment and training
  • Coordinate with the counsellors and act as the central point of contact for the rest of the organization – operations, partner servicing, Technology etc.
  • Carry out Performance Reviews for the counselling staff
  • Responsible for Team Management and Retention
  • Set up and maintain appropriate record keeping systems in line with data protection requirements and policies
  • Prepare monthly reports on various quality parameters of counselling
  • Manage Alumni meets across various cities PAN India
  • Establishing a relationship of trust and respect with Staff and Students
  • Should have strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements

Competencies

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team working and team management skills
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Hindi and multiple regional languages will be plus
  • Good IT/Knowledge of Computer Software, such as Excel and PPT
  • Monitoring skills and ability to interpret data to produce reports
