Job Description : – Responsible for meeting sales of the company on Financial Year Basis
-Expansion of a network of Builders/Contractors/Architects in Delhi/NCR
-Creating informative presentations; Presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
-Building business relationships with current and potential clients
-Coordinating business generation activities
– Understand the Client Requirement.
– Communicate with senior Employee.
Desired Profile :
-Strong understating of the construction consulting industry, especially in project management and engineering consulting like building information modeling, quantity surveying, cost management and bar bending schedule
– Able to accept challenges.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
-Persuasive and goal oriented.
-Competitive attitude with demonstrated achievements in business
-Professional, high energy, self-starter
-Exemplary customer service and relationship management skills
