Duties and Responsibility
•Develop a highly interactive, responsive, and high-quality application(s) for Digbihealth clients to engage on the subscribed care program(s).
•Provide a frictionless user experience using a consistent framework to rollout different care programs amidst catering to various user persona.
•Provide effective methods of nudges, notifications, educational videos, and newsfeeds for automating interactions with the clients.
•Facilitate care team to seamlessly interact with the clients within the application enabling bi-directional texts, in app audio and video calls.
•Ensure all the user interactions with the application are logged in a time series
•Integrate with the fitness, lifestyle, and care devices applications to monitor and record various parameters such as weight, exercise, etc.
•Improve User adoption, user engagement, and all relevant metrics. Ensure at least 90% of the users who downloaded the app are actively engaged with the app and the care.
•Evolve to a product engineer taking ownership of a set of features, success, and it’s importance in achieving revenue, behavioral, and emotional impact.
