Duties and Responsibility
- The position is a full-time commitment, requiring extensive travelling and reporting to the Business Head.
- Person Would be Responsible for Overseeing business Planning & analysis for assessment of the revenue potential in opportunities in Diagnostic Market .especially experience in IVD sales in Glucometer, HB meter, Lateral Flow Assay & Point of Care products.
- person has to deal with Team of RSM/ ZSM / TM/ Executive who are into sales of Glucometer, HB meter, Lateral Flow Assay & Point of Care products.
Person has to Ensure Assigned National target Vs achievement of IVD products
- Person has to travel Pan India
- Person has to Formulate Long term / short term Strategic plans , Budget to Enhance Sales , conducting Negotiations & marketing Avenues to build consumer preference and drive Volumes .
- Business & Market understanding and recruiting of team in India.
- New Business development through
- candidate should have minimum 5 year exposure in sales in IVD ( In – vitro diagnostic) industries and handling a team of Zonal Level .
Candidate should have Knowledge of Anatomy , Biochemistry , Biotechnology , Diagnostic Market .
