Duties and Responsibility
Prospective candidate must have at least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in the Building & Construction Industry of which minimum 5 years with Construction Chemicals Industry.
He/ she will be responsible for handling both Concrete Admixtures and Construction Systems Product basket for specification.
He / She should be confident to interact & handle senior Architects & Consultants.
Should have good understanding of the Project Sales.
He / She should posses’ excellent communication skills.
Should have solid experience in New Business Development.
Good contacts with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Developers & Govt. departments to secure approval & specification for Company’s products.
Should have capability to attract new business and winning projects.
Responsibilities / KRA’s:
To develop product specifications for the company, targeting design institutes, architects, engineers, clients and public bureaus.
Actively create new business opportunities for sales team.
To provide tendering assistance to the sales teams when pursuing tenders.
Work continuously to identify projects in advance stage and work towards securing specifications.
Regular interaction with sales team and support them grow business by converting specifications to sales and helping them in breaking competition’s specs.
Site visits and personal appointments with clients & specifiers.
Project budgeting and quotation generation.
Relationship building and on-going project management with key EPCC contractors.
Market research and analysis to estimate the demand for new products or revised specifications for existing products
Increase market awareness of the company & the brand in the region.
Co-ordination with the corporate central marketing for the launch of new products in line with corporate objectives and develop and implement a comprehensive launch plan if necessary.
Coordinate the local input to the Company’s website ensuring that the information is kept up to date and that is relevant to the needs of the users.
Recommend/Implement actions required to improve system performance.
