Duties and Responsibility

  1. Managing the entire Commercial Real Estate aspects business of the company
    1. Sale  & Lease of many commercial buildings
    2. Complete CRM for all the tenants
    3. Handling commercial tenants issues, Rent invoices
    4. Running the Business centre (Coworking) operations of the company
  2. Office Administration
    1. General Office Administration
    2. Vendor Management
    3. Coordination with all the constructions sites

  1. There will be lots of multitasking in this job. Person should be an allrounder with strong leadership skills
  2. Excellent planning, organizational skills.
  3. Effective verbal and written communication skills, and customer service skills.
  4. Knowledge of MS Office
  5. Basic knowledge of Real estate / construction would be an advantage
