Looking after attendance management for 1000+ employees in a manual set up.
Looking after confirmation, promotion, IJPs, issuance of letters, salary revision etc.
Hands on with Compensation for preparing salary structure.
Appraisal calculations and closure as per given budget.
Knowledge of statutory compliance.
Exit formalities and F&F.
