Duties and Responsibility
Work in collaboration with our Sr Process consultant.
– Process mapping (current process)
– Provide inputs to his senior about existing process flaws, scope of improvement, Adherence to process, process inefficiency etc.
– Design KRAs for all positions in collaboration with his senior.
– Will be reponsible for creating SOP doc & other process documents.
– Manage transitions of Process with the company.
– Manage implications of Internal Process changes with the external stakeholders.
– Facilitate Change management.
– Ensure adherence to new process across departments, with significant friction experienced by internal and external stake holders.
– Eliminate process bottlenecks.
– Train employees across departments about the vision, objectives, roles and responsibilities, success metrices & individual performance indicators, performance measurement methods, benchmarks etc.
– Train employees on any new skills which might be required to absorb the process change.
– Collaborate with our CRM / ERP Software developer to incorporate process requirements in the functionality of the CRM/ ERP tool being developed.
– Throughly test the ERP tool for inefficiency, lack of flexibility, bugs, etc.
– Work with developer to create exhaustive set of reports required to monitor all performance aspects.
– Analysis and interpret data to suggest further progress changes.
– Create & maintain performance dashboard in spreadsheets till the EPR solution is fully implemented.
– Weekly Vist to our ongoing sites, Client Visits for better understanding of ground realities.
– MBA from a reputed institute.
– More than 1 year of experience in any role which has exposure to framing of policies, process design & implementation.
– Candidate must be tech savvy & must have good mathematical aptitude, rational thinking, highly curious & attention to detail.
– Past exposure or experience of having worked on ERP / CRM systems will be an added advantage.
– Product Managers can also apply for this position.
