Track metrics and set measurable goals and give insights. Turn insights into actionable growth initiatives.
Performance Indicator – Number of insights+level of insights. Actionable growth initiatives suggested.
Driving Digital Ad Revenues Launching optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook ads etc.
Suggest other platforms which could provide more growth.
Manage email and social media marketing campaigns.
Execute the defined digital marketing strategy diligently.
Performance Indicator – ROI on Marketing Campaigns. MoM improvement.
As a cross-functional role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of various teams else it will hurt your metrics.
Suggesting features to be built around user acquisition, onboarding, and user retention.
Experience of building and scaling Referral program is a big plus.
Proficiency with Google Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager, MS Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, Blueshift or other DM tools Omnichannel marketing experience. Certifications from Google for its various products.
The first week will see you being involved in the following
• Understand Civilsdaily’s mission and values, its journey so far, the scale at which it operates while still staying lean. its plans to enter other markets.
• Spend time with the Content, Sales, Product and Tech teams to get up-to-speed which the complex challenges that we are facing.
