What you’ll do:
Act as a single point of contact for customers with queries, complaints, feedbacks, requests etc.
Learn topics from subject matter experts and interact with Product Managers to properly educate the user community.
Wield the English language to simplify complicated Financial topics.
Categorize and solve customer issues.
Recognize and escalate potential problems.
Ensuring adherence to SLAs and devise training to improve key metrics.
Actively contribute to knowledge base by identifying common issues and creating self help articles.
Efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of customer.
