Weekly/Daily Stand-upsProduction Support Reporting
Gathering information and do research and able to perform scope analysisAbility to troubleshoot issues and able to handle different types of customer inquiries.Provide estimates for production support issues.Provide input into resolution of production support issues.Support of application portfolio.Use the appropriate approved templates for the documentation of production support issue investigationInterpret business requirements / specifications Serve as a conduit between the business and the Production Support Development and testing teams
Must be experienced to deal with complex inquiries raised by customers from various sources and must have the ability to solve production issues.Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers within company guidelinesAdhere to Production Support SLA’s and regulatory obligationsEnsure that all confidential information is handled in accordance with Company protocols and procedures
