| Job Responsibilities|
Co-ordination with the sales team to deliver product demo pre-& post sales on customer location.
Co-coordinating with the Installation team to ensure that the product is installed as per customer’s requirements on site.
Setting up product inside customer’s IT infrastructure.
Managing service calls of customers.
Ensuring complete satisfaction to service calls via remote troubleshooting or on-site visit for software support, or arranging technician visit in case of part failures.
Giving routine product & customer’s feedback to concerned teams.
Training new members of the team on products & related information.
Creating and sharing SOPs for customer use cases and service issues.
It is very important that the CSM is:
Job experience at least 2 years.
B.Sc IT or equivalent degree with excellent knowledge of technical and IT information and of computer hardware/software systems
Soft communication skills for managing customers
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
An ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints
Good prioritization skills and be flexible enough to make & adapt plans
