Ø Handle sales operations of modern retail formats of the company
Ø Analyze sales trend for the region and suggest ideas to improve
Ø Review sales performance store-wise/ category-wise/ month & year-wise & do target vs achievement analysis
Ø Ensuring that display in store are as per display master and strategy .
Ø Report category gaps considering current demands of catchment/ changing store & brand mix
Ø Manage front end staff related to their recruitment, deployment, training and exit formalities
Ø Ensure inventory management is efficiently done for the region – timely stock audits, compliance of stock audit , availability of right merchandise as per store plan & no pilferages at stores shall happen , reinforcing exchange policy with chains .
Ø Closely monitor competitors, track market trends and suggest relevant action points to HO
Ø Take responsibility of sales staff by taking regular performance reviews, motivating & retaining them
Ø Close coordination with marketing and planning department to ensure brand image and consistency.

Ø Primary and secondary sales target achievement.
Ø SAP management and quality improvement.
Ø Reduction in defective watches in RTV cases.
Ø Maintaining display master as per display strategy.
Ø Space and location improvement in stores.
